Investment Recovery
Rincon assists our clients by selling your surplus assets to generate cash. This can reduce operating and hardware costs and solve the problem of high asset value and non-depreciated assets. Rincon handles all project management and reporting through an online project portal.
Reverse Logistics
Rincon manages equipment removal from planning to final disposition with “store and forward” distribution management, equipment swaps and project management.
Spares Management
Rincon manages spares programs for several tier one providers through our relationships with major OEMs, with national coverage, and by integration with client procurement and supply chain organizations.
Inventory Valuation
Lack of visibility into owned inventory can result in over payment of expensive OEM maintenance and unnecessary over- ordering. Rincon can readily deploy teams for on-site survey of telecom assets. Rincon recognizes that op-ex funds can often be difficult to obtain for inventory projects. We provide several flexible and creative payment options to meet these needs.
On-Site Inventory Services
Rincon has extensive experience in providing a full range of on-site technical services for tier-one telecom providers. These services include: site surveys, power down equipment, circuit migration/equipment deinstallation, reverse logistics, cable mining for network and power cables, and installation for new equipment. We also perform test and turn-up of new gear from our OEM partners.
