The majority of our on hand inventory comes from the Investment Recovery programs we run for Tier 1 communication service providers. These programs are usually structured as a consignment sale, where Rincon and the owner share revenue from sales. Procuring (buying) via this approach is our preferred approach because it allows Rincon to market the inventory in a way that maximizes its value. However, there are often times when maximizing value is less important to our customers than simply removing the assets and generating cash quickly.
