Although we are secondary market experts, we don’t view OEMs as our competitors. Instead, we work closely with our OEM partners to craft strategies that co-opt the secondary market to displace competitors and gain market share. Simultaneously, we help their customers fund technology refreshes by unlocking the value of their current system.
